This service uses LibreOffice for file conversion.
Simpdf allows users to translate PDFs in such a manner that they can edit them using a presentation making tool. The most common ones are LibreOffice and Microsoft Office. Users can reuse the existing content and modify them to make presentations.
By editing the existing content in the PDF to make presentations, Simpdf helps users in a hurry to create a perfect and professional presentation with the least input. It helps save time, especially for last minute presentations.
Since presentations make heavy use of text and multimedia, Simpdf ensures that the users can easily use all the multimedia content in their presentations. Simpdf can easily translate that multimedia from PDF to PPT without compromising on the resolution.
Simpdf emerges as one of the PDF to PPT converter tools that is designed and suited for all users. Students, professionals, investment seekers, etc., can use Simpdf to cut the time needed to create a PDF from scratch.
The user interface of Simpdf is free from unnecessary content that can complicate the tool's usage. Simply open the web app, select the settings, and convert in seconds. Tools with fancy, decorated, and unnecessary content can confuse the users, which isn’t the case with Simpdf’s user interface.
Simpdf can convert a pdf to PPTX, PPT, or ODT, as needed. All the file formats have native support of different PowerPoint editing tools, hence giving the users the flexibility to convert PDFs as needed. If needed, users can perform multiple file conversions too.
Transform PDF to PPT using Simpdf in the following manner:
It’s possible to convert PDFs to different file formats on Simpdf in different batches. Since all the files in a batch translate to the same output, convert files in different batches to achieve different file outputs.
Not exactly! If the PDF has all the content in proper formatting and does not require animations in the presentation, then the resultant PPT is almost ready to use with minor edits, which won't require special skills. However, if the users seek extensive or heavy editing, then advanced PPT skills may be required.
Users will need a PowerPoint presentation tool to open, edit, and run the PPT. apart from that, no additional tool is needed.
If the editing work is nil too lightweight, then the PPT should be ready in just 2 to 5 minutes.
PDFs do not support animations, which is why, Simpdf will never find any metadata related to animations. However, users can convert the PDF to PPT, open it, and add transition effects to it as desired.
If the user is trying to convert multiple PDFs, then Simpdf will generate multiple PPTs. In order to combine multiple PPTs, users can open a PPT, which will be a master file. Then open each PPT individually, copy the slides, and paste them into the master file.
Simpdf begins with file(s) input. For each page in the PDF, it’ll generate an equivalent PowerPoint slide. If there are multiple files with several pages, multiple PPTs will be generated. Each PPT will have multiple slides with the content of each PDF page per slide.
Slight modification to the converted PPT is possible but there’s no guarantee that the tool will recognize all the content precisely. However, users can still edit text, manipulate images, add or delete content, apply transition effects to the slides, add animations to individual objects, etc.
Any PPT converted from PDF will have a slight increment in the file size by a few hundred bytes. However, that shouldn’t be an issue because the file size won’t increase too much.
